The first lots at Perry Lakes Garden Belt were auctioned in December 2010. More than 300 people attended the on-site auction for lots ranging in size from 308m2 to 739m2, selling at between $650,000 (325sqm) and $1.29m (739sqm).

CURRENT SALES - Limited lots remain in the Garden Belt release and due to outstanding demand we are releasing the first three lots in the Track and Field stage. Available lots range from 439sqm to 498sqm and are priced from $830,000. These homesites are surrounded by tranquil, green open spaces and relaxing parklands.
